ULA PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND ETHICS
ULA staff and associates uphold the following standards and ethics in coaching. Any breaches of these standards may lead to the termination of contract or agreement.
1. We will treat all participants with respect, dignity and loyalty. Not to condone or discriminate based on age, gender, colour, culture, disability, ethnic group, religion, and marital status, sexual orientation or socio-economic status.
2. You will receive professional, yet friendly and supportive service that is based on honesty and respect.
3. Your perception of our performance is always the reality.
4. We will be open to receive open and honest feedback. Your feedback is critical to our growth and improvement.
5. We will ensure all clients agree to the contract of agreement.
6. We will commit to the time scheduled in the coaching sessions. Maintain punctuality at all times. To notify client if there is any alterations in time and place 24hrs in advance
7. We will keep all client information private and confidential.
8. We will utilise training material as supplied by ULA as the basis for any life coaching services provided.
9. We will endeavour to create a safe, supportive and non-threatening environment
10. To the best of our efforts we will assist and empower participants to become self-aware and enable them to reach there full potential. ULA can assist participants in reaching their goals and achieving personal fulfilment however does not mislead clients by making claims that coaching will definitely transform and change their lives.
11. We are coaches not counselors or therapists.
12. We will recommend external support where appropriate.
