Understanding Belbin team roles and 17 indisputable laws of teamwork, team building, co-operation, creative thinking, communication, strategic planning and development, problem solving, identifying individual strengths and weaknesses, understanding the importance of each individual's contribution within the team and how to best maximize their strengths. “Positioning the right person for the right job”.

Participants will complete an individual profile and be involved in group discussions and team building exercises.
