"I found the building successful teams to be most valuable. It helped me gain insight as to where I best fit into the team. I learnt more about how teams effectively work and cooperate together. It has helped me be more productive at work in utilising my strengths and knowing how best I can support others." Mariane West (Frankston Hospital)
"I just wanted to thank you for organising our Team Building Day. The staff really enjoyed undertaking the activities, especially the high ropes course. The activities were always linked to the workforce ie. working together, understanding each other, identifying that each of us has a role to play within the team and we each come with our own set of skills. On the day we also identified our personality profile. We have since used the information to better understand each other and work more cohesively as a team.
From the staff at WCIG thankyou for a very relevant, informative and fun day. I would definitely recommend Unlimited Learning Adventures to any agency which is considering further strengthening their staff morale or interested in a team development day." Inas Guindy, WCIG Co-ordinator, PSP (Sunshine Operations)

Climb Your Mountain Program
"The skills that our group gained through their time with you will stay with them for life. You have taught them so many valuable lessons not only for work and job seeking but also for everyday living.
For a long time many of our jobseekers lacked motivation and the ability to effectively communicate. Your course has brought all of these skills to the forefront of their minds and actions and every one of the participants already has taken a huge step forward. In their confidence in themselves and also in their job seeking.
We saw direct results of people’s participation in the course in gaining employment
I highly recommend the course to anyone" Rebecca - Vitality Personnel
"I found “climbing your mountain” program course a rewarding and valuable experience. I was not sure it would have helped me initially however it motivated me, developed my confidence enormously, and gained some valuable skills. As a result of my participation I found employment after 20 years of being unemployed. Thank You!" Noel –participant (YES)
"A staff member took 6 candidates to the climb your mountain program. 5 got fulltime work and one returned to studies one week after the program. True and amazing results." Sandra Ainsworth, Manager Sarina Russo
"I have been involved with Unlimited Learning Adventures for approximately 4 years and have dealt with Jacqui Mason throughout this period and at no point in time can I say that Jacqui's outlook has been other than enthusiastic and positive. She is always a pleasure to deal with and her main priority is to assist our clients to achieve their desired employment opportunities.
Climb Your Mountain has been facilitated at a number of the YES sites over the last 12 months. The staff are extremely professional, very flexible and has the ability to engage the clients instantaneously through positive reinforcement, encouragement and support.
On all occasions the program has proven to be extremely successful in particular the level of confidence that is evident to the clients once they have completed the program. The program can be run in various locations and Unlimited Learning Adventures are very flexible in working to each individual client groups needs and demographics of the site.
A number of the YES sites have facilitated the program more than once with each time proving to be more successful than the last. The program has also assisted quite a number of the YES clients into long term sustainable employment.

Education programs
RMIT University's PSP program for 3rd year undergraduate students has utilized the peak experience (ropes course program) provided by the ULA team for the past 8 years.
"The team at ULA has greatly assisted our students in goal setting, team development, lateral thinking, counseling, self confidence and goal setting to develop their true potential. ULA's high standards and friendly approach is effective in meeting not only our academic needs but also those of our local and international students in providing a valuable, safe and enjoyable experience." Terry Sheehan, Lecturer, Co-coordinator Professional Skills Program RMIT Business
"ULA offers very unique and valuable programs. We utilized their mobile adventure course in which we found to be both stimulating and rewarding for the students. We used it as part of the Year 9 boys Resiliency Day. The boys found it to be a fun, enjoyable experience. I noticed from these activities that they have helped build healthy and stronger relationships within the year level as well as enhance their problem solving and team work skills. More importantly between males as they journey through this challenging part of adolescents." Daniel Mason PE coordinator (Flinders Christian Community College)
"Thankyou Jacqui and the ULA team for another fantastic day this year. The High/Low Ropes Course challenges taught the students more in one day about what leadership, teamwork and resilience really mean than spending weeks on role-playing and other simulated activities. They learned the value of talking and planning, listening to each others’ ideas, strategising, being flexible and the need to be willing to change ideas midstream. Thinking outside the square, being creative, questioning their own decision-making and being considerate were so well encompassed. The students now realise that there is far more involved and some really confronting issues to be resolved to work successfully as a team than coming to swing on a few ropes and be Tarzans! The personal growth was amazing. We look forward to seeing you again next year." Lynne Cook, Year Six Teacher, Camberwell Girls Grammar Junior School
